Tell President Obama to personally announce his plan for peace.
It's been over two months since President Obama delivered a moving speech for the Holocaust Day of Remembrance-a speech where he restated his commitment to end the atrocities in Darfur.
But each passing day is an eternity for Darfuris who struggle to get by in makeshift camps, wondering what new threats tomorrow will bring.
The administration has had long enough to develop its plan for peace in Darfur and all of Sudan. We need action now-President Obama must personally announce his plan for bringing peace to Sudan.
Send a message to President Obama urging him to announce his plan for peace NOW.
By publicly releasing his blueprint for peace, President Obama can rally other nations to do everything they can to support peace, including increasing economic sanctions and expanding an arms embargo if the government of Sudan refuses to end its genocidal policies.
The people of Darfur are waiting: the rainy season is beginning, bringing with it increased risk of disease and greater hardship for the 2.7 million Darfuris stranded in camps.
Click here to ask President Obama to show his commitment to Darfur by personally rolling out his plan for peace.
Thank you so much for your continued dedication. By pressuring our leaders and speaking out together, we can end the genocide once and for all!

Thank you—now spread the word!
You've sent your letter to President Obama urging him to personally release his plan for Darfur—thank you.
It isn't just one voice that will get the president's attention, but thousands of voices speaking as one. We need as many constituents as possible to demand immediate action from the Obama administration.

I agree Manuela, there is no way to "teach proper handling" of any kind of weapons. A weapon is meant for Killing, plain and simple. Thanks !

I posted it on my Facebook.
I wish the world would have NO weapons! No weapons of ANY kind. Can you imagine a world without weapons? Without hate? Would have NO war, and JUST PEACE!
